By accessing or using BreakFree, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
BreakFree provides a software-as-a-service platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update any changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
5. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any data or content you create using BreakFree. We retain ownership of the service, its design, code, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
BreakFree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
